Anointed Touch Health Fitness & Beauty (ATHFB) is a faith-based wellness community dedicated to helping individuals improve their health through fitness, nutrition, recovery services, accountability, and encouragement.

We welcome adults of all fitness levels. While many of our programs are designed with adults 40+ in mind, anyone committed to improving their health and wellness is welcome.

Many of our members begin their journey after years of inactivity, health challenges, injuries, or setbacks. Our goal is to help you start where you are and progress safely.

A Transformation Session is your starting point with ATHFB.
Unlike a traditional consultation, a Transformation Session is designed to help identify where you are today, where you want to go, and the steps needed to help you get there.
During your Transformation Session, we'll discuss: • Your goals • Current challenges • Health and fitness history • Lifestyle habits • Recommended next steps We believe transformation begins the moment you decide to take action, which is why we call it a Transformation Session rather than a consultation.
Yes.
We offer one-on-one and small-group personal training designed around your goals, experience level, and schedule.
Yes. Our nutrition coaching focuses on sustainable habits, education, accountability, and practical strategies designed to fit your lifestyle.
Assisted Stretching is a guided session designed to help improve flexibility, mobility, posture, and overall movement quality.
Yes. Therapeutic Massage services are available to support relaxation, recovery, stress management, and overall wellness.
